Refund policy

1. Customer Satisfaction First

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days from your delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, or used but with a video of no result after using the product.

3. How to Start a Return

Email our Customer Service at hey@gazalco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear reason for the return
  • Any photos, if relevant

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with step-by-step return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You cover shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect—in which case we’ll cover the cost.
  • Delays caused by customs or external circumstances don’t qualify as valid return reasons.

5. Processing the Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you’ll be offered either a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within the 30-day return window.

  • They’re only allowed for items of equal value.
  • If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference, and you're responsible for return shipping again.

7. Non-Returnable Items & Special Exceptions

  • Only unused or used, with video of no result, undamaged items in original condition are eligible for return—unless received damaged.
  • In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring a return. If you’re not satisfied with the replacement, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund—this is a one-time exception.

8. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns to help cover processing, restocking, and depreciation costs.
Exceptions (no fee charged):

  • If the product is defective or damaged
  • If the wrong item was shipped and no replacement is available
    Requests for fee waivers are evaluated case by case.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted on our website.
