By accessing or using our site and services, or by placing an order, you (“you”, “your”) confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Applicability & Updates

These Terms apply to all interactions with Gazalgo, including current and future tools or features. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of those changes. You are advised to review this page periodically for updates.

2. Pre-Contractual Information

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, before a contract is concluded, we must clearly provide:

  • Our business identity, address, and contact details

  • Full description of goods or services, prices (incl. VAT), and applicable delivery charges

  • Payment methods and any third-party costs

  • Delivery and performance terms

  • Rights to cancel (14-day cooling-off period), plus how to cancel

  • Information on returns, refunds, and cancellation form
    All information must be presented in a clear, accessible, and storable format.

3. Right to Cancel 

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods, or within 14 days of contract formation for services. We must inform you of this right—if we fail, cancellation extends up to 12 months.
When cancelling, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return), including standard delivery costs (unless previously agreed otherwise). Any return shipping costs that apply will be communicated upfront.

4. Delivery Commitments

Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days of order, or the contract must be voided at no cost to you.

5. Consumer Rights & Remedies

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

  • You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods; thereafter, you have the right to repair or replacement.

  • For services, we must perform with reasonable care and skill within a reasonable timeframe.

Digital content must meet quality standards; though no right to reject, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

6. Pricing & Prohibited Practices

We will always display total pricing, including all unavoidable costs. Practices like drip pricing (advertising a lower price then adding costs later), pre-ticked boxes, or omitting material information are prohibited and considered unfair.

7. Electronic Transactions & Storage

We comply with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002. This means obligations apply to online contracts, and you must have the ability to store copy of the terms for your records.

8. User Conduct & Content Submission

You must:

  • Be of legal age or have parental consent

  • Avoid unlawful activity, misuse, malware, or infringing content
    If you submit feedback or content, you grant us royalty-free rights to use, modify, and publish it without obligation to compensate or respond.

9. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by UK law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to protect Gazalgo against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Termination & Severability

If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations; obligations up to the termination remain valid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
